When you need more than just a calculation of a home’s Gross Living Area (GLA), our measuring service can provide a more detailed representation of a home’s layout. You can now have detailed, color floor plans of all of your listings to include with your marketing materials. Our Floor Plans from our on-site sketches show accurate square footage of all interior spaces along with major room dimensions.

- Our home measuring service sketches are performed by a licensed real estate appraiser with a iPad right in the field. We complete our sketches using ANSI standards to determine an accurate GLA (Gross Living Area) and GBA (Gross Building Area).
- You will receive your professional sketch (in PDF format) with exterior and interior room dimensions within 1 to 2 days.
- Our $125 fee is tax-deductible to you as a business expense, or your clients can pay.
- For those homes that are also really hard to price, get a full pre-listing appraisal for an additional $225.
