Multi-Family Appraisal Report, including FNMA 1025 $450

  • The FNMA 1025 report is for small residential income properties (two- to four-family residences).
  • This report provides neighborhood, site and improvement descriptions.
  • You will receive general descriptions of the property’s exterior, foundation, basement and insulation.
