What information do we collect?
We collect information from you and your browser when you visit our site, place an appraisal order, or otherwise engage with our website and our business.

We use your information primarily to provide services and information to you. We also use it to improve the quality, performance, and informational content of the site.
How do we protect your personal information?
We do not process credit card information over email, or on our website. We don’t permit consumer sign-ups or registration on our website. We use https (http over TSL) for email and for SaaS (Software as a Service) and other applications used during the course of our business activities. We keep (archive/workfile) appraisal order information, which includes confidential information, as required by licensing and/or law.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We may disclose information, within the confines of professional confidentiality and applicable laws, to trusted third parties who provide services to us for operating our company website, conducting our real estate apraisal business, or providing appraisal-related services you, as long as those parties may be permitted by law to have access to the information, and as long as those parties agree to keep the shared information confidential. We may also release your information when compelled to, or when we think it is necessary, in order to comply with the law, enforce our site and/or company policies. We may also disclose it to protect our rights or the rights of others, or to protect property, and also for any safety-related situations.

We sometimes offer third-party products or services on our website, either directly or through advertisements (banner ads, for example). These third-party sites are not under our company’s control. They have separate and independent privacy policies that we do not control. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. The company website, appraisal-related products and services are all designed for consumers who are at least 13 years old or older.
